The first thing any B2B user needs to do is register when making a purchase. So, registration emails and subsequent emails are a primary concern for any B2B business.
WholesaleX lets you enable/disable these triggering emails for various purposes. Also, you can customize the templates according to your needs.
First, you need to enable the settings to do that.
1. Go to the WordPress Dashboard.
2. Then, go to WholesaleX → Settings. Click Registration & Login. In the “User Status Option,” select Email Confirmation to Active Account.
Now you can move forward with the email settings. So, to do that:
1. Go to the WordPress Dashboard.
2. Then, go to WholesaleX. Select Email from the WordPress Panel.
3. You can click the toggle bar to enable and disable the following options.
- New WholesaleX User
- WholesaleX Registration Approve
- WholesaleX Registration Decline
- WholesaleX Registration Pending
- WholesaleX Email Verification
4. To customize the email template for each option mentioned above, click on them to move on to the customization process. (WholesaleX also added smart tags to help you customize the email templates.) Click save to apply changes.
